How it works

Eleven days from first call to live campaigns.

No discovery phase that lasts a quarter, and no strategy deck. We read your numbers, build the assets out of footage you already have, and start putting tours on your calendar.

The system

Three stages.

Each one ends in something you can check. Nothing here is a phase that quietly runs forever.
  1. 01

    Days 1–3

    Read the numbers

You find out where your bookings are actually leaking before anyone spends a dollar.

Most venues do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem, and no way to see it. So we start with your history, not our opinion. We take your last twelve months and work out four numbers: how many enquiries you got, how many turned into a booked tour, how many of those tours walked through the door, and how many signed. Whichever number is worst is the one we fix first.

    • Pull your last 12 months of enquiries, tours, show-ups and signed contracts
    • Calculate your real enquiry → tour → show-up → booking rate
    • Define your ICP: the event you want more of, and the one you would rather turn down
    • Set the baseline we will be measured against for the rest of the engagement

You doOne 45-minute call and read-only access to your calendar and inbox.

  2. 02

    Days 4–10

    Build the assets

Your venue gets ads built from your own footage, aimed at the couples you actually want.

You upload raw footage to a shared Drive — walkthroughs, setups, a real event, whatever you have on your phone. We cut it into creatives. At the same time we go through your market: who else is advertising within driving distance, what they are running, what they are charging, and where the gap is. The ads that go live are built to attract your ICP and quietly repel everyone else.

    • Turn your raw footage into ad creatives — scripted, cut, captioned
    • Map every competing venue in your drive radius and what they are running
    • Write lead forms that qualify on date, guest count and budget before we ever call
    • Set up tracking so every enquiry is attributable to the ad that produced it

You doDrop your raw footage in a Drive folder. That is the whole ask.

  3. 03

    Day 11 onward

    Fill the calendar

Tours land on your calendar. You show up and walk them round.

Campaigns go live. Every enquiry gets called — fast, because a lead called in five minutes converts like a different lead entirely. We qualify on the phone, screen out the tyre-kickers, and book the serious ones straight into your calendar with reminders and no-show follow-up already running. You do not chase anyone. You open the door.

    • Run the campaigns and manage spend against cost-per-booked-tour
    • Call and qualify every enquiry, fast
    • Book confirmed tours directly into your calendar
    • Run reminder and no-show sequences so booked tours actually turn up
    • Report weekly on tours booked, tours shown and cost per show-up

You doTurn up to the tour. Close it.

How we make decisions

Four rules we do not break.

When something has to give, these are what we fall back on. They also explain why we say no to things other agencies sell.

Speed beats everything

The single biggest lever in this business is the minutes between an enquiry arriving and a human calling it. Not the creative, not the targeting, not the budget. We fix that first because it makes every lead that follows worth more.

Qualify hard, on purpose

Your scarcest asset is the hour it takes to walk someone round. The job of qualification is to protect that hour, not to maximise the tour count. A smaller number of better tours is the goal.

Small budgets first

A system that only works at five thousand a month is not a system, it is a subsidy. We prove the mechanics at low spend so budget becomes a dial you turn, not a bet you place.

Every number is attributable

If a booking cannot be traced to the ad that produced it, a good month cannot be repeated. Tracking goes in before spend does.

What you get

Everything between an ad and a handshake.

The parts most agencies skip are the parts that produce the number.

Ad creative from your footage

Scripted, cut and captioned from the raw video you already have. Your venue, not a stock wedding.

Campaign management

Built, launched and managed against one number: cost per tour that shows up.

Qualifying lead forms

Date, guest count and budget captured before a human ever picks up the phone.

Speed-to-lead calling

Every enquiry called fast. The gap between an enquiry and a call is where bookings die.

Human qualification

A real conversation that separates a serious buyer from somebody pricing a fantasy.

Tours on your calendar

Booked straight into your existing calendar. No new software for you to learn.

Reminders and no-show follow-up

Automated sequences that recover the tours most venues quietly lose.

Weekly reporting

Tours booked, tours shown, cost per show-up. Three numbers, every week.

The guarantee and process questions

The guarantee

20 tours in under 30 days of onboarding.

That is the promise. If we have not booked twenty qualified tours onto your calendar inside thirty days of onboarding, you do not pay us for the month — we keep working until we have.

What it means exactly

  • The 30 days start from onboarding, not from the contract date.
  • A qualified tour means a booked walkthrough from a lead that met the date, guest-count and budget criteria we agreed in stage one.
  • It assumes we have the raw footage and calendar access we ask for in the first week. We cannot build ads out of nothing.
  • Ad spend is yours and is paid to the platform directly. We do not mark it up.

What this actually costs you in time.

The most common objection from an owner-operator is not money. It is hours.

How much of my time does this take?

A 45-minute call in week one, and raw footage dropped into a Drive folder. After that, you turn up to the tours. If you are running the venue day to day, that matters more than anything else on this page, so we designed for it.

Do I have to make the videos?

No. You shoot raw footage on your phone — walkthroughs, setups, a real event — and we do the scripting, editing and captioning. If you have old footage sitting on a hard drive, that works too.

Who calls the leads?

We do. Every enquiry is called by a person whose job is to qualify it and book a tour. This is the part most agencies quietly skip, and it is the part that produced Milan Banquets' numbers.

Do you take over my calendar?

We book into it, we do not take it over. Tours land on the calendar you already use, with your existing availability respected. You are not learning new software.

How fast do the first tours land?

Stage one and two take about ten days — reading your numbers, then building creative and researching your market. Campaigns go live around day eleven. First booked tours usually follow within days of that, because speed-to-lead is the first thing we fix.

Start at stage one

Let's read your numbers.

A 45-minute call. We look at your last twelve months, tell you which number is leaking, and you decide whether you want us to fix it.

No retainer on the entry offer. No contract. You pay when somebody walks through your door.
