The offer and the guarantee

What we are actually promising, and what happens if we miss it.

I have burned money on marketing before. Why is this different?

Because on the entry offer you do not pay us until a qualified lead is physically standing in your venue. Every agency that took your money before was paid whether or not anything happened. We are not. That is the entire reason the offer is structured this way — it is the only argument that means anything to someone who has already been burned.

What counts as a qualified tour?

A booked walkthrough from a lead who met the criteria we agreed with you in stage one — typically an event date inside your booking window, a guest count your venue can hold, and a budget in your range. We agree those three thresholds before a single ad runs, in writing, so there is nothing to argue about later.

What happens if you miss the 20 tours in 30 days?

You do not pay us for that month and we keep working until we hit it. The 30 days run from onboarding, not from signature, and it assumes you have given us the footage and calendar access we ask for in week one.

Money

What it costs, how we get paid, and what we deliberately do not do.

Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?

No. A percentage-of-spend model pays us more for spending more of your money, which is exactly the wrong incentive. Ad spend goes from you to the platform directly and we never mark it up.

How much ad spend do I actually need?

Less than you think. One of the venues we work with books 10+ tours a week on roughly $200 a week. We would rather prove the mechanics on a small budget first, because a system that only works at $5,000 a month is not a system.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The entry offer has no contract at all — you pay per show-up. The monthly engagement is month to month. A long contract is how an agency keeps a client it is not earning, and we would rather not need one.

How it runs

What the engagement looks like week to week, and what it costs you in hours.

How much of my time does this take?

A 45-minute call in week one, and raw footage dropped into a Drive folder. After that, you turn up to the tours. If you are running the venue day to day, that matters more than anything else on this page, so we designed for it.

Do I have to make the videos?

No. You shoot raw footage on your phone — walkthroughs, setups, a real event — and we do the scripting, editing and captioning. If you have old footage sitting on a hard drive, that works too.

Who calls the leads?

We do. Every enquiry is called by a person whose job is to qualify it and book a tour. This is the part most agencies quietly skip, and it is the part that produced Milan Banquets' numbers.

Do you take over my calendar?

We book into it, we do not take it over. Tours land on the calendar you already use, with your existing availability respected. You are not learning new software.

How fast do the first tours land?

Stage one and two take about ten days — reading your numbers, then building creative and researching your market. Campaigns go live around day eleven. First booked tours usually follow within days of that, because speed-to-lead is the first thing we fix.

Whether we are a fit

Including the cases where the answer is no.

Do you work with venues outside the US?

Not currently. The whole system — the ad platforms, the market research, the calling hours, the way American couples shop for a venue — is built around US venues. We would rather say no than do a worse job somewhere we do not know.

My venue does mostly corporate, not weddings. Does this work?

Yes, and the targeting changes substantially. Corporate buyers are found in different places, on different timelines, and qualify on different criteria. We set your ICP in stage one precisely so we are not running wedding ads at a venue that wants conferences.

I am already fully booked some months. Is this still worth it?

That is usually the reason to do it. Being full in May and empty in September is not a booking problem, it is a consistency problem — and it is the specific thing this system is built to fix. Consistent tour volume is what lets you raise prices in your strong months instead of discounting in your weak ones.

Still have a question

Ask it on the call.

Forty-five minutes, your last twelve months, and a straight answer about whether this works for your venue.

No retainer on the entry offer. No contract. You pay when somebody walks through your door.
